Jess was originally a part of the Creature Comforts team in 2017, and we have happily welcomed her back! She graduated from Upper Darby Senior High School in 2013, and originally planned to become a veterinarian.  After working for about five years in the field, Jess realized she enjoyed the role the technician plays in animal care more. She is now planning to enroll in the Penn Foster certification program in the spring.  When she is not working, Jess spends most of her free time cooking and reading with her four cats: Moose, Lovebug, Pillsbury, and Pudge. Jess is K-Laser, Fear-Free, and CPR certified.
