COVID-19 UPDATE

We are happy to be seeing our clients back in the clinic!

  • Masks are now optional for clients and staff.

  • If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have tested COVID positive in the past week, we kindly ask that you wear a mask or request a curbside appointment.

  • We are happy to accommodate curbside service if you prefer.

CCVH is also providing friendly curb-side service!

  • If you elect for a curbside visit, please remain in your car and in the parking lot during your pet’s visit.

  • Please arrive with your cell phone charged and available so that the doctor can call you, and have your credit card accessible.

  • Call us at 610-635-1100 and let us know that you have arrived.  The reception staff will get some basic information, and let the technicians know that you are here.

  • All cats must be in carriers, and all dogs must be leashed.  Dog owners may be asked to walk their pet into the building and then return to the car.

  • The technician will call you to take a history as we normally would.  Please be prepared to answer an unfamiliar or blocked number.

Our doctors and staff will give you their full attention via phone!

  • After taking your pet’s history, the technician will come to the car to get your pet. As a precaution, the technician will use a secondary slip lead for your dog, in case your pet somehow slips out of his/her collar.

  • We will take your credit card into the clinic when we collect your pet, but will not process payment until the charges have been reviewed with you at the end of your appointment.

  • Once your pet is inside, the doctor will proceed with the normal examination. Once completed, the doctor will call your cell phone, review the results of the examination, and answer all your questions as you would normally expect in your appointment.

  • Please ask the doctor or technician if you have any questions about costs.  We are happy to go over everything with you.  Once your pet’s care is complete, we will process your charges.

  • As soon as your medications, food or any other supplies are ready, we will bring your pet, supplies, credit card and receipt to you outside.

Curbside Refills of Food or Medications

  • Please call ahead and leave a message on our refill line or with the receptionist, and let us know if you want a curbside refill. If you stop in without calling, it will result in an inconveniently long wait for you.

  • Clients are welcome to come into the building to pick up their orders, or we can process via curbside.

  • When your order is ready, we will call to let you know as soon as we can. We will take payment at that time, so please have your credit card available.

  • When you arrive to pick up your order, please call from your car and we will bring the order out to you.

  • If your pet needs medication or prescription diet refills and you are ill or prefer not to come to the clinic, the refill can be ordered through our online pharmacy, VetSource

  • You can have your pet's medication or prescription diet sent directly to your home. All orders over $49 and all prescription diets have free shipping. If you have not ordered through VetSource, please use code SHOPNOW15 for 15% off your first order. There are also weekly specials of which you will be able to take advantage.

If you have any questions, please call us 610-635-1100 so we can help you. Thank you for your help and understanding in these extraordinary times.
